Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all items as quickly as possible, no later than 2 working days after placing your order. Occasionally items can be held up for one reason or another, but in this event we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you, and you will have the option to wait or cancel the order.
I’ve received an item and it’s damaged, what do I do?
We carefully check all items before sending them out to you, but occasionally items can be damaged en route if Postman Pat gets a bit clumsy – if you should receive your item damaged, please get in touch at info@missfunkystuff.com
Do you make items yourself?
The majority of items I make myself in my funky Brick Lane studio (see about us for a pic!) and these items are marked as ‘Handmade by Miss Funkystuff’ in the product description. I also stock some items that I buy in from other places, just because I’ve seen them and liked them, and thought you might too! These are marked as ‘Selected by Miss Funkystuff’.
What happens if i don’t like it etc?
When buying online it’s always difficult to know exactly what an item’s going to look like, and whether it’s going to go with your outfit etc, so if you should receive an item (with the exception of pierced earrings) and you change your mind, you have 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund (excluding initial postage costs). Unfortunately, pierced earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
What size is an item
All item dimensions are listed in the product descriptions, so if you’re unsure abut how big an item will be, it’s best to grab a ruler or tape measure and work it out from there. We even suggest measuring an item of jewellery that you already have to get an idea of how big your item will be when it arrives.

Do you do custom orders?
One of the way I keep my prices down is by spending time designing an item, and then making lots of them. This makes it difficult to do customer orders at the sort of prices that you see on the website, but if you are interested, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. Making amendments to existing items is quite easy.
Do you ever have offers/free postage etc?
Yes! I love a good bargain! Sign up to the mailing list and I’ll keep you informed of them.
I want to buy quite a lot of an item, do you offer any kid of discount?
On certain items we can offer a discount if you are buying in bulk, e.g. for a fancy dress party etc. Please get in touch at info@missfunkystuff.com with details of the item you are looking to buy and in what quantities, and we’ll get back to you with a price.
